Archos Kembangkan 'iPad' Android Mini

BEIJING - iPad telah 'meracuni' perusahaan manufaktur di seluruh dunia untuk membuat produk yang sama. Termasuk juga perusahaan FCC, yang berbasis di Beijing, China.
Tablet yang diberi nama Archos ini memiliki layar sebesar 3,2 inci dan berjalan dengan sistem operasi Android 2.1. Dengan ukuran tersebut membuat tablet ini terlihat sangat ramping dan kecil, bahkan bisa masuk ke saku penggunanya.

Soal jeroan, prosesor tablet ini menggunakan prosesor ARM Cortex A8 800MHz, dengan memori internal 8GB, dan tentunya dilengapi fitur layar sentuh dengan resolusi 400x240. Demikian yang dilansir melalui Cnet, Jumat (13/8/2010).

Sebagai pendukungnya, 'iPad' mini ini juga memiliki tombol navigasi, home dan menu di bagian bawah layar. Termasuk dukungan Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, video output komposit, dan kamera resolusi 640x480, serta video MPEG-4.

Harga yang dibanderol oleh FCC untuk Archos ini dihargai sebesar USD150 atau sekira Rp1,5 juta. Sayangnya belum diketahui apakah tablet ini akan masuk Indonesia atau tidak.

Motorola Devour specs: 3.1-inch screen, Android 1.6, MotorBLUR

Here we go with the phone formerly known as the Calgary, which we're expecting on Verizon anytime now. (Yes, that's a Droid in the picture above. We're told that's just a placeholder.) The biggies: Android 1.6 ( Donut ) with MotoBLUR . A 3.1-inch touchscreen (320x480). 3MP camera. Verizon is requiring a data plan, and the $350 early termination fee is in effect.
